Just imagine if you could stop for a while in a space that is nurturing & inspiring to your senses. This retreat is designed for detoxification and rejuvenation. Join your hosts Arpita Shah during an awakening journey of Ayurveda rejuvenation retreat where you will receive personal attention and enjoy the most therapeutic and rejuvenating experience during your stay in an Ayurveda Wellness center.
During this retreat, you will enjoy daily Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, a vegetarian Ayurvedic diet according to your constitution and a full range of natural herbal traditional Ayurvedic therapies/treatments.

Classic Room Package:
Classic rooms are all in one large house called Kuroor mana, which also houses the Yoga Hall. The rooms all have attached bathrooms . They all have cable TV and a desk.

Heritage Room Package:
Heritage rooms are in 18th and 19th century cottages. Some of them have high rafters and a tiled roof on the underside as well. Some have ‘open bathrooms’ open to the sky in a private garden with high walls. Heritage rooms are atmospheric: you can in some of them imagine what life would have been like a century or so ago.

Payment Schedule:
Non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve your spot. First payment of $1000 is due on August 30th 2025. Remaining balance is due on November 30th, 2025. There is $50 late fee if payment for remaining balance is received after its due date. If payment is not received two week after the due date then your enrollment will automatically canceled without any refunds.Â

- Two pre-trip Ayurveda workshops to help you understand the Ayurvedic Panchkarma/Rejuvenation process
- Daily Consultation with doctors at the wellness center
- Daily 2-hour Ayurvedic full-body therapies/treatments tailored to your constitution (such as Abhyanga, Head and Face massage, Shirodhara etc.)
- Daily herbal protocol/medications during treatment period
- All Ayurvedic vegetarian meals (B,L,D) or cleansing Ayurvedic vegetarian diet tailored to your constitution
- Talks on Ayurveda by local doctors at the wellness center

DELHI-AGRA TOUR INCLUSIONS:
- Accommodation on twin sharing basis at Luxury 5 star hotels, Breakfast included
- All transfers and sightseeing by private, chauffeur driven AC car
- Local English speaking guides in Delhi and Agra
- Monument entrance tickets as per itinerary
- All currently applicable taxes
DELHI-AGRA TOUR EXCLUSIONS:
- Any airfare or train fare
- Any medical / travel insurance
- Meals other than breakfast at hotels
- Items of personal nature like tips, internet, drinks, mini bar, laundry etc.

Example 5 nights and 6 days Delhi-Agra pre-retreat Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive Delhi, transfer to hotel (most of the flights arrives after midnight so date will change)
Day 2: Morning free. Afternoon shopping.
Day 3: Delhi city tour visiting Qutab Minar, India gate, Gandhi memorial and Chandni Chawk.
Day 4: Delhi-Agra drive. Arrival and visit Agra Fort in the afternoon.
Day 5: Agra : Morning visit Taj Mahal. Afternoon drive back to Delhi.
Day 6: Delhi-Bangalore by morning flight, (0940/1230 hrs), retreat starts
Cancellation policy:
- If you must cancel your retreat, the required deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Full refund, less deposit, will be given if cancellation is made before August 30th, 2025. We apologize, but absolutely no refunds can be given for cancellations made after August 30th 2025.
- Om Yoga Center LLC reserves rights to cancel the retreat. In case if Om Yoga Center cancels the retreat, payments including deposit will be fully refundable only to the enrolled clients at the time of cancellation.
- Om Yoga Center is not responsible for any expense incurred in preparation for cancelled retreat. such expense include but not limited to airline tickets, travel visa, cost incur due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
- By paying the deposit for the retreat you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
Please refrain from booking any flights until our retreat has met the minimum requirement.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect your investment in case you need to cancel and receive a refund due to work or sickness. In addition to refunding your trip fees, it can also include medical evacuation coverage, medical expense coverage (remember that your USA based health insurance will not apply out side of USA) and reimbursement for lost, damaged or stolen luggage and personal effects.
Travelguard, Alllianz are some of the companies that provide affordable travel insurance. You might also be able to obtain coverage through your credit card or airline company. As always, please, be careful reading the fine print of what is and not covered by your trip insurance.
