According to Ayurveda summer is Pitta season and is predominately characterized by the  elements of fire and water. As we move into summer, we accumulate hot,oily, and sharp qualities of pitta dosha in our body and mind. In this workshop we will learn how  Ayurvedic approach to Keep your inner balance throughout the Summer Season.
