About This Course

In this course you will explore Ayurveda’s comprehensive understanding of the body’s internal structure through the concepts of Dhatus (tissues). You will learn in detail how the seven tissues support physical and mental functions in our body. Additionally, you’ll discover the role of proper elimination of Malas (urine, feces, and sweat) in maintaining health and preventing disease.
