About This Course
From time to time we may feel sluggish, heavy and blocked. We want to feel energized, motivated and vibrant but don’t always know what we need to do. This Chakra and Kosha training will allow you to tap into the healing and strengthening power of your body’s energetic system. By cultivating a deeper understanding of your chakras, nadir and Kosha you are empowered to create balance within your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bodies, while learning a new platform for communication.
