About This Course

Winter is the perfect time to reset, recharge, and restore balance within. We invite you to join our Ayurvedic Yoga Winter series, starting from Dec 9- Jan 27,2026. 
 
In this 8-week Ayurvedic yoga series, we’ll awaken energy, clear heaviness, and restore balance through mindful movement, breath, and awareness. 
 
Each class will help you balance Kapha — awakening your energy, stimulating circulation, and clearing physical and mental fog.
 
Here’s what you’ll learn:
* Kapha-Balancing Yoga to harmonize your winter energy
* Breathwork Techniques to cleanse and revitalize
* Seasonal Ayurvedic Practices for warmth and wellness
